What is a Private Air Charter?

• A private air charter entitles you to exclusive use of the entire aircraft for your chosen itinerary.

How many passengers are allowed?

• Up to 9 passenger seats are available on each aircraft.

How Do I Book a Charter?

• ​You may book your charter by contacting us at 808-839-3559 or by filling out our inquiry form here. 

How Far in Advance Should I Book My Charter?

• On-demand charters may be booked up to 2 hours prior to departure subject to availability. Booking earlier will help ensure you can reserve your desired date/time.

How Much Does a Charter Cost?

• The cost will vary depending on your chosen itinerary. Please call us at 808-839-3559 to speak with a charter concierge. 

When Do I Check-In?

• You may board your private charter at your departure time. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to allow time to weigh your luggage and board.​

How much luggage can you accommodate?

• The amount of luggage depends on both passenger and cargo weight.

Am I able to travel with pets?

• Yes, we allow dogs and cats onboard our aircraft, however, they must be secured in an appropriate pet carrier and are limited to 2 pets per flight. (Crates must be secured and able to fit through our cargo door.)

Am I able to travel with sports equipment?

• Yes, as long as your equipment is able to fit through the cargo door and within the cargo compartment. (Surfboard, bikes, golf clubs, etc.) Be sure to call if you have any questions. ​
